Security 51 changes
Dear agents,
Security 51 is a simulator of an Area 51 security officer. Guard the elevator decending from the surface into the endless depths of the underground laboratories. Only you decide who goes in and who gets to leave. Verify papers, passes, and constantly check the manual. It is above your pay grade to know if the person is a human – just check the IDs, punch the pass, and don't think about it. After all, you didn't see anything, right?
Start your Playtest shift
The open playtest is available on Steam, and you can jump in right away. Remember, the security of Area 51 depends on you:
Follow the protocol – verify papers, take photos of employees, and deny access to anyone who fails inspection.
Inspect carefully – use X-Ray to inspect bones, examine internal organs, measure body temperature, and look for strange inflammations or anomalies on the skin. They will try to cheat on security checks – make sure they fail.
Take care of yourself – such responsibility can drive you mad. Maintain your mental condition and make sure you eat enough. We wouldn’t want anything to happen to you, right?
Contain the threat inside the facility - the elevator doesn't just go down; it goes up as well. Watch carefully who steps out of it and make difficult decisions to protect the outside world from the horrors hidden within the laboratories.
This is an early version of the game. Some features may be unavailable, and you may encounter unfinished mechanics or systems that will be improved in future versions. Please keep this in mind while playing.
This playtest is a key part of development and your feedback directly affects how the game evolves. After playing, please fill out the in-game survey (available in the main menu) or share your thoughts in Steam discussions.
