This patch seeks to improve the overall gameplay experience, with a heavy focus on optimization, it drastically improves the overall stability and playability of Save Our Souls. Thank you all for staying with us and we kindly ask our players, new and old alike to take the time to write a helpful reviews, and we ask players who have already written reviews to consider revisiting them. The future of Save Our Souls is just as much in your hands as it is ours! Read the full patch notes below. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Content: - New areas have been added to the game. - Cutscenes & animations have been refined. - New graphics settings have been added to the Options menu. - Audio settings have been added to the Options menu. - Control settings have been added to the Options menu. - Slight improvements to AI. - A Clue feature that functions to enhance the story has been added to the game. Changes: - Most areas and environments have received an optimization pass and now run at higher frame rates. - Game options can now be viewed/changed from within the game. - Many audio assets have had their volumes adjusted and overall quality improved. - The Pistol has been modified and is now more useful (can prove to be more powerful than the rifle if you have a quick trigger finger) - Soul power abilities have been improved - Combat roll will dodge incoming attacks for a brief period of its duration. - Health and damage systems have been reworked. - Many animations and cut-scenes have been refined. Fixes: - Load times a have been drastically reduced. - Various environmental and character collision issues have been fixed. - Menu options are now properly retained from area to area after changes are applied. - Various fixes for weapon mechanics. - Combat roll no longer freezes vertical motion while in progress. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Relentless Games wishes all of you a very happy and safe holiday!
