Alpha 11 has been released! There was a lot of back-end code overhaul that unfortunately isn't very sexy to show off, but there have been some important front-facing updates as well.
Short Changelog
New "System Map" screen replacing the "Leave Planet" screen that can be visited any time
Three difficulty settings
New Xenocyte enemy, the "Popper"
Mining nodes at mission sites
Initial work on a secret alternate ending path
Lots of QoL changes and UI improvements

Roadmap
I'm hoping to get updates out more frequently moving forward instead of smashing as many features into a few large updates. Things I'm tentatively planning on working on next:
Better ease-in for new players (semi-hidden tutorial)
Include Surface Battery missions as an alternative to normal hostile vessel attacks
Improve the Fabricator and Workshop UI
Embed drone control hints into the UI
Finishing the alternate ending
Add cosmetics (no microtransactions, your drones just deserve to wear a fancy hat sometimes)
