Saloonery changes
A huge thank-you to to everyone who's been reporting bugs, it's been a massive help! As much as I enjoy working on the game, repeatedly playtesting gets pretty exhausting, so your feedback goes a long way in helping me track down and squash issues.
If you spot any bugs, feel free to share them on the Steam Discussions page, the Discord server, or even in a review -- whatever's easiest for you.
️ Balance Tweaks
Set a max speed for enemy bullets for better consistency
Set a max fire rate for enemies so they don't rapid fire on high difficulties
Made sprint no longer use energy (bullet time) resource
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Fixed bug where enemies would fall through the floor sometimes
Fixed bug where enemies would shoot through walls
Fixed bug where melee enemies would magically smack you from afar
Fixed bug which sometimes made picking up items unreliable
Fixed bug where weapons weren't showing up properly in Level 1
Fixed bug with Triple Tapper firing between guns during a burst when dual wielded
Fixed bug where you could trigger a checkpoint in Level 7 twice
Fixed bug where exploding barrels in level 6 wouldn't reset properly on death
Fixed bug where newly dropped objects persisted after loading a checkpoint
Fixed mistake on stats of Bolt Thrower, Blunderbuss, and Triple Tapper
Rewrote code to handle bullet time state to make it more robust
Improved quality of enemy bullet hit detection
