addedController and pause clarity: Improved controller discovery, however there is still a delay and the controller isn't 100% activated until Steam overlay is opened. Added clarity to the pause notification, if a controller is disconnected it will tell you. Added checkbox in settings in game to override the game from looking for a controller, this is automatically implemented if the game is started without a controller and will have to be manually check on if a controller is then connected mid-game.

Vsync issue: Bypassed as a bandaid until more specific causes can be discovered. Only applicable to those who have the issue. Shouldn't be any significant difference in game in either case.
