Devlog 1 - May 5, 2026

This is my first devlog! I plan on releasing one every couple of weeks to give quick updates on what we've been working on.

changedSome feedback I've received was 1) Make the ships stand out more/brighten them up 2) Make it clear how to use attacks on level 1. There needs to be more information about ship movement and how the nodes work for attacks before going into the first battle. I take all feedback seriously, so if there is something else that needs attention, please let me know.
changedAdditionally, I've been refining my strategy system and making combos a bigger part of combat. As you progress through the campaign, combos become increasingly important to defeat your enemies. I've also been rebalancing things, such as item pricing and the amount of health you gain when upgrading, to make it more enticing. Another mechanic I've been working on is manipulating enemy positions in order to force them into attack range for the player.
fixedAll of the above will be fixed and added for the next demo, which I plan on releasing next month.
