Hello, fellow Rust Born fans!

As you already know, Rust Born is out, and many of you may be wondering:
“What’s next?”
In this post, we’d like to share our plans for the future of the project.
What about RB Demo patches?
There will be one major update for the Demo. After that, we will focus on internal development tasks such as code refactoring and game optimization to prepare the project for Act 1 of Rust Born. This stage may take around 3–4 months.
Our current pipeline looks like this:
Early Demo (we are here)
Demo completion
Preparing for Act 1
Releasing the early version of Rust Born
What about the future of Rust Born (Act 1)?
We are planning to release the Early version of Rust Born (Act 1) this year. It will be available at a lower price so more players can join us early.
We’re also planning many collaborations in the future and will need more community support, whether through donations or community-driven involvement.
Our current goals are:
Game testing
Polishing the Demo
Preparing the Early version of Rust Born (Act 1)
More collaborations and community-focused content
What’s coming in the next RB Demo patch?
We’re preparing some cool improvements for the next Demo update, including:
Fixes for soft-lock issues across multiple locations
A tutorial system for a better player experience
Localizations (not ready in time for the next update, but planned for future patches)
Checkpoints
And much more based on your feedback
Thank you for reading!
We’re really happy to see your feedback, and we’ll continue working on the Demo with your suggestions in mind.
Best regards, porko_dev (YK) Team Leader, PDP,Rust Born
