We wanted to share a quick update on where development currently stands.

Over the past 8 months, we’ve been working very hard on polishing the game, and we’re finally reaching the final stages of development.

Here’s what we’ve been working on recently:

Polishing the lobby (literally, I put a very shiny marble floors this time)

  • Out of planned 20 rooms for this project, we now have around 35 out of 43 rooms completed (also my way of saying that we added way more rooms than originally planned)

  • A checkpoint system has been implemented after our playtesters noted that losing ALL progress after failing was too punishing. Now you won’t have to redo EVERYTHING if you fail.

  • We added a map that tracks the progress of the rooms.

  • Testing and making sure everything works as intended.

There are still a few things we’d like to polish and add before release:

  • Improving the UI, which currently works impeccably, but looks horrendous.

  • Adding an introduction level

  • Finishing the remaining 8 rooms

  • Hunting down and fixing the last few bugs

With that said, we’re getting very close to release, and our current release window is:

Early Summer

We don’t want to rush the launch, and we’re taking extra time to make sure the game releases in the best state possible.

We’ll continue posting updates as we get closer to release.

Thank you for all the support, feedback and wishlists, it does help a lot!
