Rogumon changes
Rogumon is now out in early access! Experience the complete journey of gathering a team of Rogumon as you face the ever-shifting dangers of Torment.
What's Different Compared to the Demo?
Each run is composed of three zones, each culminating with a boss, as opposed to one. Each zone is also slightly shorter than the demo's
There is an additional unlockable playable character
There are a total of 52 Rogumon (51 of whom are obtainable)
There are additional items and abilities
The difficulty has been adjusted
Alternate passives for playable characters are not available (this will be a more fleshed out feature in a later update)
Playable characters have unique unlock scenarios
What's Next?
In future updates, I hope to add these major features:
Additional difficulty modifiers, with corresponding unlockable rewards for clearing runs with them
Different passives for each playable character, allowing for more team playstyles
Alternate bosses for each zone. I would like it to not be deterministic which boss appears in which zone
This will also likely mean more unlockable playable characters
More dialog and narrative progression, including a resolution to the game's story and an explanation of the Despair and Guardian specters that can be seen in game currently
In addition to these major features, I hope to add:
More Rogumon, items, and abilities
More encounters
Bug fixes
Of the bugs I'm aware of right now, many have to do with gamepad/steamdeck input and improper menu stacking issues
Great ideas that I get based off player feedback
