Rogue Station changes
Warning current saved game will be erased!
No progress will be lost. Only the current saved game will be cleared when loading the game in the new version due to save format issues.
Features:
New weapon Breacher: Missile based weapon designed to create hull breaches.
New weapon Dart system: Missile based weapon that fires multiple small rockets in an area.
New weapon Plasma beam: Tech weapon that creates a beam of hot plasma igniting fires.
New weapon EMP gun: Tech weapon that disables enemy systems.
New weapon Gamma ray: Tech weapon that deals a high amount of damage to enemy crew.
Perks trees: Perks now fall into separate buckets. When adding more perk into a specific one, that bucket will show up more often. A certain number of perks in a bucket is also required to unlock more advanced components and special upgrades.
Rerolls can now only be used once per perk selection. Rerolls also keep the previous options.
Small merchant rework. Can no longer rob. Merchant no longer scales based on previous purchases but on the current date and some RNG instead. The available perks at the shop are now only available at the shop. Crew from the shop are now a lot stronger.
Fixes:
Fixed an issue when defeating the end of year boss with no active manager on board the station.
Fixed characters not pathing to repair a component when targeting an area of the component that is blocked.
Fixed character not being able to put out fires at the back of some larger components.
Fixed bug where the game wouldn’t gameover out of combat when hull reached 0 due to a fire on board.
Fixed a bug where characters would keep pathing through space when deleting tiles.
Fixed issue when crew would all die outside of combat resulting in the game not ending in some scenarios.
Building/selling now gets canceled when closing the build menu.
Fixed a bug where character's abilities wouldn't get updated correctly after leveling.
Fixed characters getting stuck when reborn stations are built with no room below.
Fixed ship’s hull being unrepairable when selling damaged tiles or components. They now get fully healed before being sold.
Fixed oxygen levels between 2 rooms bouncing back and forth when full.
Fixed power down hint not appearing after reloading a game.
Fixed issue when reloading a game with the crew set to stay at work station going idle right away.
Fixed an issue with crew marked as stay at component not returning to their components after getting reborned.
Fixed an issue in the upgrade menu that was blocking the pause/resume shortcut from working.
Fixed a bug where characters would get duplicated when returning from missions.
Fixed a bug where starting the final boss wouldn’t reset the game speed before combat.
Fixed resource nodes moving during combat resulting in lost mining time.
Fixed boss fight not scaling correctly with difficulty modifiers.
Fixed bug with disabled life support not refreshing oxygen production correctly.
Fixed a bug with some fleets where 1 of the ships might also get destroyed along an other one so seemingly no reason.
Fixed a bug where components could get assigned to a character that’s not currently using it resulting in the component being locked for other characters to use.
Fixed a bug with some missile weapon upgrades not applying correctly.
Balance:
Reworked the upgrades for all components to be only 5 levels instead of 9.
- Missile weapon stationReduced purchase and upgrade cost, reduced damage and AOE scaling.
Swap the carry capacity upgrade for mining rig with the movement speed upgrade. This was making the station worse earlier on.
Colony events now always accept money if no specific crew is present but the amount is larger in that case.
Reworked all 4 manager’s loadout slightly. They each have 1 different weapon type unlocked at the start.
Misc:
New music track
Added hint for currently selected upgrade in the upgrade menu. Also when changing categories, the first available element will get selected now.
Newest applicant in the hire list now appears at the top.
Selected ship components now show Off instead of standby if turned off while in standby mode.
Added toggle for tooltips in settings menu.
Added visuals for a selected crew’s pathing.
Managers now receive a Health, Movement Speed and Max Oxygen bonus when gaining a level.
