Stack of cards, re-roll button, and multiple high-score board

changed+ On the bonus-stage, use the cooler model for the main character because it's more epic.
added+ Add a re-roll button to the Initial spell picking panel. Note that this button will only appear after you second round after finishing the first stage boss. The 6 starting spells will be re-roll until you are happy with your choice. I noticed that some players just exit to the main-menu, and then re-enter the game to re-roll the starting spells anyway, so I make it so it saves you some times.
added+ Power-balance: Opportunistic: Old: Add 1 golden [freespin] spell to your hand if you end your turn without playing a card. -> New: Add 2 cards, golden [freespin] and [retrigger all], same condition. Basically double the effect of this power.
changed+ Cards merging function. When you have multiple exactly same cards, they will stack together and have a small x2/x3 texts on top of them. This keep the hand-size managable but still allows you to keep as much cards as you want. -> This features works for golden spell too, but will not work for [spider-clean] and [move-trigger] because each card have different move amount. -> This will not merge say, you have a normal spell that use MANA and another golden spell that does not use mana.

+ There are now separated high-score board based on the difficulty you choose. So, for now, there are 3 highscore board for you to choose. 1 for HELL, 1 for PURGATORY and 1 for EARTH. Make more sense.
