Rivalhearts changes
A new episode update has been released to Rivalhearts!
Changes include:
Amber's Episode 2 is now available to play!
Added pre-splashes for when the game is initializing!
These can be fully customized via the presplashes folder!
Can change based on the time of year
Added a dialogue history screen!
View previous dialogue statements and play previous voice lines easily
Accessible via new button in the quick menu, clicking L, or using middle-click mouse button
Added a new achievement!
Added a Mod Loader!
Allows you to easily modify your game to be able to play mods
Comes with a full guide on how to install and find mods to play
View a mod's file size, name, version, creator(s), description, rating, language options, and preview image easily
Ability to add a name that mods can automatically use for you
Can dynamically detect loading issues with mods if there are any
Added Steam Workshop support!
Easily download mods for your game by using the Steam Workshop
Created a Steam Workshop application to be able to upload your own mod for others to be able to play
Revamped game audio
The default game volume is now the Main Volume at 90% and every other volume at 100%
Voices are now emphasized over other audio (can be toggled off)
Added a sound when Noah starts a dialogue (can be lowered or muted)
Revamped the UI
Added arrows to allow unlimited saves and access to auto saves
Added a translate button for when a foreign language is spoken, and if intended for the player to know the context
Added a route switcher on the main menu
Added a Mod Credits button to the quick menu when applicable
Added a Main Volume slider in the Settings
Added buttons to toggle voice emphasis, reset all sliders to default, and to toggle clicking the left side of the screen to go back
Added more information to the Text Speed and Auto-Pilot Speed sliders
Hiding the UI with right-click is now based on holding it down
Updated a plethora of icons
Added Steam cloud saves
More screens of the game can now become Rivaldartsed
Now easier to get harsher versions of Rivaldarts for episodes
Revamped the DevBox choices and dialogue
Tweaked the dialogue of the first text conversation in episode 1
Revamped much of the back-end code for dynamic use in the future
Added a new note
