RITE patch 02

The second major update for RITE is now live and includes:

- A level timer for quickest level times, both any% and all coins (timer display in options menu) - A death counter (unfortunately doesn't include deaths previous to this update) - Level names on level select screen, as well as best times - The ability to clear your save file (death count and best times will remain saved, more just a feature for all coin full game speedrunners) - Toggle outlines around the player, collectables, and hazards to make the game more readable - Toggle wind effects and foliage animation to make the game more readable - Holding the jump button when transitioning between levels with go to the next level straight away - Fixed sound issues caused by global sound controls - Fixed final achievement popping early - Steam screenshots now implemented
