addedThe lantern's light radius and central brightness have been significantly increased. * The lantern now remains on unless the player manually turns it off. * Using the lantern no longer consumes Light. * Added a new mechanic where taking damage reduces the Light Gauge. * Certain enemies and attack patterns are specialized in draining the Light Gauge. * The Light Gauge now recovers faster while the lantern is turned off. * If the player remains without light for a certain period of time, they will enter the Darkness state.
addedWhile in Darkness, damage taken is increased by 50%. * After the Light Gauge is fully depleted, the lantern will automatically reactivate once it has fully recharged. * Activated lanterns can now be manually turned off.
changedProficiency Improvements
addedResonance Strike has been reworked. Melee attacks now have a chance to deal 30% increased final damage.
addedAdditional Light has received a new effect. Gain 0.5 Light when defeating enemies.

  1. Lantern Improvements

  1. Proficiency Improvements

  • The previous Resonance Strike effect has been merged into the Linked Attack effect in the Melee Combat proficiency tree.

  • Resonance Strike has been reworked. Melee attacks now have a chance to deal 30% increased final damage.

  • Additional Light has received a new effect. Gain 0.5 Light when defeating enemies.

  • Midas Touch has been removed and replaced with Alchemy. Alchemy : If consumables or ammunition are insufficient, Light can be consumed instead.

  • Added a new effect to Magazine Pouch. Dodging slightly increases item pickup range.

  1. Magic Mastery Improvements

  • Added the effect of Elemental Understanding. Elemental Fragments can now be collected to charge the Element Gauge.

  • Added the effect of Elemental Absorption.

  • Element Gauge gain increased by 10%. * Special activation chance increased by 10%.

  • Caster Awareness has been merged into Dull Stimulation.

  • Dull Stimulation has been replaced with Elemental Extraction. Defeating enemies has a 20% chance to generate a random Elemental Fragment.

  1. Weapon Balance Adjustments

  • Element consumption rates for firearms have been adjusted in greater detail depending on weapon category.

  1. Quick Use Menu Changes

  • The quick-use menu activated while holding E has been redesigned into a radial menu that confirms selection upon release. * Element-related visuals have been updated, and fragments are no longer consumed. * Applied elemental effects can now be changed more quickly. * Existing controls using WASD or mouse selection remain unchanged.

  1. Elemental Fragment Simplification

  • The five different Elemental Fragment types have been removed. * Fragments now simply restore the Element Gauge.

  1. Tutorial Updates

  • Some tutorial text has been revised.

  1. Monster Adjustments

  • Added a slight delay before Bite Bugs and Fireflies attack the player.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where items could disappear while picking up throwable weapons.
