> Profits from research projects have been drastically reduced.

> Costs have been significantly increased.

> The odds for scientists spawning as geniuses has been decreased.

> The difficulty of some important quests has been increased.

> The critical failure chance when researching projects has been increased by 5%.

> Research facility bonuses have been decreased (scientists train their skills slower)

This re-balance mode should make the game more difficult and strategic, pushing the point where money becomes no issue much further into the play-through.

Additionally, a new achievement has been added, called 'In this economy?'. The mode is still experimental, so if you have any further tweaks you'd like to see, I'd be happy to hear them.
