The full release of Ririka von Lustveil is here! Version 1.0.0 brings Act 3, the final chapter of Ririka's academy conquest — and with it, the story is now complete from start to finish.

What's New in v1.0.0

Act 3 is the biggest chapter yet, nearly doubling the game's total script to approximately 35,000 words of dialogue and narration across all three acts. If you've played through Acts 1 and 2, Act 3 picks up right where you left off and raises the stakes considerably.

Without spoiling too much, here's what awaits you:

  • The Monster Den Expedition — Ririka leads an academy expedition deep into the forest, where she encounters a werewolf pack and creatures far more dangerous than anything she's faced before.

  • A Rival From the Magic Council — Lilith Wintermoon, a powerful archmage with twenty years of formal training, arrives to put a stop to Ririka's methods. Their confrontation in the forest clearing is one of the most intense scenes in the game.

  • The Headmaster's Tower — The truth about Headmaster Aldric — and the centuries of secrets he's been hiding — finally comes to light.

  • The Ascension Ritual — Everything Ririka has built across all three acts culminates in a moonlit ritual in the academy courtyard. By the end, the world itself will know her name.

Act 3 also features a full pass on sprites, backgrounds, and sound design, with new audio tracks and sound effects throughout to bring every scene to life.

What's Next — Roadmap

v1.0.0 marks the completion of the core story, but we're far from done. Here's what's planned for upcoming updates:

  • Steam Deck + Full Controller Support — Sit back and play from the couch.

  • Linux Build — Native support for Linux players.

  • macOS Build — Native support for Mac players.

  • Russian Localization — Full translation into Russian.

  • Japanese Localization — Full translation into Japanese.

  • Chinese Localization — Full translation into Chinese.

  • Steam Achievements — Track your progress and completion milestones.

  • Sprite Gallery Mode — Browse and admire all character art at your leisure.

  • Scene Recollection Mode — Revisit your favorite scenes anytime.

We'll share more details on timing as each update gets closer to release.
