Added rerolls for upgrades and augments, unlockable via settlement upgrades
Added 5 new Volatile Mods
Changes
Added a photosensitivity warning
Retaliation Clause now fires a homing Nanite projectile instead of simply applying the nanite status
Retaliation Clause and Infernal Cycle projectiles now attempt to choose an initial homing target
Added a small animation that plays when upgrade options appear
Added a small invincibility period after closing the upgrade menu
Adjusted upgrade menu visuals
Improved game feel effects upon dealing damage to enemies
Added a sound that plays upon equipping a different part in the garage
Replaced various placeholder assets in The Wastes
Adjusted hotspots to reduce enemies spawning outside the navigable area
Balance
Increased damage dealt by Energy Blade
Note: Originally this was balanced around the player using both the held hit and the swing hit but in reality almost nobody uses the held hit so that will just be a bonus for those who put in the extra effort
Bug Fixes
Fixed wrong music playing after creating a new profile
Attempted fix to prevent enemies from being inactive after spawning
Further fixes to prevent melee weapons from getting stuck
Fixed the stats of some RIG sets being wrong
Note: Assassin had its targeting range and melee correction stats mixed up
Improved enemy RIG behavior when the player is flying above them
