Ricochet Raven changes
Well, you guys have done a great job at finding bugs in the game! thank you for mentioning them here on steam and in the server! this is the first major patch that hopefully fixes a lot of the bugs found:
V0.0.4:
Changes:
Changed how sun conure feather works:
Sun conure now does a base 50 Effects DMG every 0.2 seconds
Sun conure default range increased by 42%
Improved Tentacle lockdown sequence
Added a HUD for clarity
Darkened background to make the charge more visible
Bug Fixes:
Fixed bug that caused laser enemy to spawn before they were introduced
Fixed projectiles not slowing down when enemies were frozen
Destroyed props no longer blocking incoming projectiles
Fixed Feather description not updating properly when reshuffling stock
Fixed bug that let players spam dash up the side of a wall
Fixed bug with projectile splitting that caused issues with other feathers such as the black kite orbit or turnstone tradeoff feather
Player can no longer buy feather mid randomization animation
Fixed bug that caused enemies to fire already deflected projectiles
Optimization:
A lot of changes have been made that should massively improve the games performance!
Checks for nearest enemy for homing or lightning is now done through an updated list of enemies rather than getting all enemies
Object pool decreased + can expand if needed
Enemy spawn count decreased in later levels
Enemies are now only moving when on screen
Removed or changed unnecessary continuous updating functions to preform better
