Rhythm Doctor changes
The end of Early Access is finally here: Rhythm Doctor is now OUT!
That means that you can now play the full story in Story Mode. We worked hard on it and had a lot of fun, so we hope you enjoy it.
There is so much else to say, but for now we're tired and we'll try to keep it short.
Let us know what you thought of Act 6, and also let us know if you run into any bugs! It's better to report bugs in our Steam Discussion Forum or on our Discord, or to email support@7thbe.at. Don't leave them in the comments under this post, because we might miss them!
If you have any friends who were waiting for the full game, now is the time to let them know about the game!
Many people came together, between 7th Beat Games team members and also external collaborators and vocalists, to make this game happen. We'll give more extensive shout-outs on another day, but for now...thank you for playing!
All of your support over the years, getting us to this point, means the world to us.
For now, we'll be checking in, making fixes and improvements where necessary, and watching people stream the game.

Main Game Changes
Added Act 6 and the Medical Records Room, including the finale for Story Mode
Added a new level, 5-3N, to the Physiotherapy Ward
The game is now available in French!
Added English Audio Descriptions for Story Mode levels, for players with screen narration enabled (We're working on other languages for a future patch.)
Added new content to the Basement
Sleeve Paint has been moved to the Basement
Sleeve Paint: You can now select a color for the palm and fingernail colors separately from the skin tone
Steam Overlay now functions properly with levels like 5-X
New Option in Advanced Settings: Fast Menu

Level Editor Changes
New Events
Added the Windows tab, which contains several new events and tools for making Window Dance levels. It is hidden by default and can be accessed by placing a Window Dance event in the editor. This tab contains major spoilers for effects found in Story Mode!
Added the Change Character Event, which lets you change a row’s character to a different one (including custom characters!) on the fly
Improvements to Sprites
Can now select a built-in character, instead of requiring a custom image
Improved row preview images for sprites - large images are now scaled down, and custom .json characters/sprites now attempt to render a preview
Added an option to disable the row preview image for specific sprites
Multiple hitstrips can now appear in a single room
Events placed on Bar 1, Beat 1 now run as soon as the level starts
Rewinding playback to Bar 1 now shows the push to start screen
Added Narration conditional
Removed (hid) the unused “tag” field from conditionals
Event Changes
Add Classic Beat: Can now override beat sound (not yet supported for oneshots)
- Play SoundAdded more sound effects heard across the game
Say Ready, Get, Set, Go: Now supports room selection, defaults to On Top
- Set Counting SoundAdded Spear
Set Heart Explosion Interval: Can now disable the explosion entirely
Set Background Color: Now supports On Top room, which recolors the void
Set Theme and Set VFX Preset: Dropdowns have been reorganized

Reorder Sprite: Can now move sprites to the room’s background and foreground layer. Useful for placing them behind certain background elements, such as the coffee shop counter.
