changedWe have a surprise update dropping for Rent’s Due:The Game soon. This update will be called the definitive update. This update will give the game a fresh coat of paint, more detail and an improved User Interface.
addedThis update will include a new main menu, new ways to choose which level you want to play and potentially a few new language options however that isn’t confirmed.
addedSeveral levels will be getting completely new looks in terms of overall atmosphere and background level design. For example, level 20 has now been changed from a completely frozen level to one that is now made up by a beautiful ocean, with icebergs floating around. You may even see a boat pass by.
addedThe update will update several levels with new lighting and added detail, like improved foliage, improved draw distance and more.
changedAs this update is focused on increasing graphic fidelity, this comes with a performance cost so the system requirements will be raised before the update drops. It shouldn’t be drastic but it will be raised to what we think is best for performance.
