Crossplay Improvements & Session Fix

I have released a small update, this one includes a crossplay update.

I also fixed a small issue where a session was not fully closed in some cases, which could cause players to fail when trying to join. This issue has now been resolved.

A small note: Friends that you add via crossplay will only appear inside the game itself. They will not show up in your regular platform friends list (e.g., Steam or Epic).

Think of them as your little cross-platform in-game friends.

I hope this makes it a bit easier to spend a calm moment together, no matter which platform you're playing on.
