Gentle Graphics Refinement Update

today I’d like to share a few small, but important updates from the calm world of the game.

A small correction update has been released. This was prompted by a review that brought to my attention that not all graphics settings were being applied correctly.

I took some time to carefully look into this and rule out possible issues. During testing, I discovered that certain settings were overlapping. As a result, options such as TSR, TAA, FXAA, and MSAA did not work as intended, since TSR quality was permanently active in the background. A few other settings were affected as well.

All affected areas have now been reworked and thoroughly tested. At this point, everything appears to be functioning as intended.

Recommendation:

Please perform a reset of the graphics and video settings, then set them up again according to your preferences.

If you want to be 100% sure, you can also delete the file shown in the screenshot, the game will automatically create a new one the next time it starts.

One last gentle reminder:

After changing graphics settings, restarting the game can be helpful. It’s not always required, but it is especially recommended if FSR was previously enabled and then disabled.
