Well, time flies, when you’re busy doing renovations. And renovations we did! But we’ll let the brand new trailer do the talking:
But the Renovation Crew got not only the trailer for you today. We also would like to tease you with a stack of v isual, gameplay, and sound updates that were implemented into the game:
Much more gore and blood, left by the cultists. Or were they just teenagers?
Completely reworked level design;
Brand new visuals, courtesy of Colorfiction;
Improved shaders and materials;
New tool models. Will there be enough space in your grandmother’s garage to store them all?
Updated UI;
More stuff to break. Who needs a Rage Room now?
New tool-based interactions with some items;
Stamina system;
New music, voice lines and new sound effects. Did I hear something just now?
And MUCH more!
We know that you’d love to know more about all of this, but we’d like to share the inner workings behind these improvements in a proper devlog. So stay tuned for a Regular Home Renovator Simulator Semi-Regular Magazine on Renovations!
And if you yarn for physical labor, we have a game that should satisfy your needs for some time. THRESHOLD — a solo horror project by Julien Eveillé (Dishonored, Hunt: Showdown), — is live now on Steam! You’re tasked with serving your country and maintaining the Border Post. But most importantly — keep the train running. Remember, every breath is precious, so don’t waste it on asking unnecessary questions.
