V 1.24RC2 Memory Leak Fix

changedPrevious version contain some experimental code that can cause memory leak, cause stutter in the start menu and may prevent the game to load at all..
changedRebellion mechanic & Religion mechanic this is the culprit of the memory leak.. when alone they seems fine but during game after earn Devout Buddhist tech or Christianity Conversion they will trigger memory leak since calculating rebellion chance and creating rebellion happens back and forth almost indefinitely... Sorry this is late game tech so the testing is still lacking.
changedOptimized texture... we create a modification of previous version of campaign map, cutting huge filesize and making the game runs smoother and easier for low Vram machine.
addedWe create new loot bonuses for each battle, this to help player earn more gold in early game.
addedWe also create a new menu displaying various building, it's effect, etc etc..
changedWho knows some experimental code causes trouble for win 11 users as previously reported in our community forum.. I Still waiting laptop shipment for testing the game on win 11.. So I'm not entirely sure
