Red Tears: Angola changes
Outposts can call in reinforcements when under attack & can only be captured if there are no more guards in the area.
Outposts now contain weapon loot crates and crafting material loot
Added a day/night cycle
New weapon FAL, used by UNITA Riflemen (placeholder animations)
Added randomised faction patrols (biased by nearby location factions, should result in some dynamic ai outpost attacks!)
Added an Assassination Target, roaming somewhere on the map..
Added Intel system, discovers locations and assassination target clues (Can be found in locations or by looting Officer's corpses)
Location map markers now only appear if that location has been discovered. (Getting close or via intel)
Small locations can now be captured by whichever dominant faction is present in the area, so locations can dynamically change hands, even by AI without player interference (outposts are still captured via flag raise).
New map layout
Added player ragdolls (eg on death)
Added death scream sfx
Updates & Optimisations to environmental assets
SVD given accurate PSO-1 reticle & new animations
Added bullet trail to SVD, making long range sniping easier.
Added new cosmetic Field Cap with Neck flap hat for Soldiers.
Added a Frag Tripwire trap in certain locations
Disabled takedowns on allies
Fixed explosive hitreg bugs
Fixed ai sometimes falling underneath the map when spawning on low fps, leading outposts to be completely empty.
Reduced stamina drain from steadying aim
