Items that have been sighted and monsters in view are now displayed on the minimap.
Items that have been placed or thrown down will be visible from the beginning. Monsters will not appear on the minimap if they are not adjacent to you outside of a room or in a passageway.
In the very near future, equipment will be implemented that will have the effect of constantly displaying items and monsters on the minimap.
