A new demo update is live. Here are the details:
Updates & Improvements
Updated resolution for several ability icons for sharper visuals.,
Adjusted UI element positioning for better overall layout and clarity.
Increased move speed for all characters to make movement feel smoother and more responsive.
Improved menu navigation when using a controller — including better LB/RB tab navigation.,
Enhanced controller detection: the game now properly displays Xbox controller prompts when used.,
Added level-ups for the Squire and Apprentice starting abilities, making them consistent with other ability progressions.,
Reduced unlock level for Tier 2 characters from 10 → 5, allowing them to be available by the first rest point.,
Added instructions at the rest point to clarify its purpose and usage.,
Removed human death sounds based on player feedback (may be replaced with something less grating in the future).,
Bug Fixes
Fixed several crashes related to Trials and unlocking abilities.,
Fixed issues in the class tree and ability icons to clearly show what’s locked and unlocked.,
Fixed various ability sound FXs,
Fixed various ability trigger bugs that sometimes caused effects not to activate properly.,

This may be one of the last major updates for the demo, as development focus shifts toward full game content.
