Hi all! Today we are pleased to announce Reality Break's first DLC coming in 2026! The most common throughline of player feedback in our DLC survey was that you'd like to pilot more ships - so we're adding Ship Types!

addedIn the Ship Types DLC, you'll be able to hunt powerful enemy Prototypes to capture their Echoes, then assemble new ships for new playstyles. Take advantage of each ship's unique Ship Action and Specialist upgrades to mix up combat. Plus, use the Ship Augments system to hone a unique build for each of your new ships, and keep your favorites across breaks!

New features you can expect:

  • Pilot three new ships

  • Fight three new enemy Prototype bosses

  • Build new ships from Prototype Echoes in Ship Assembly

  • Switch out your ships anytime at the Ship Hangar

  • Customize each ship's build with Ship Augments

  • Buy unique Tech Specialist upgrades for each ship series

  • Explore the newly discovered Ancient Keep while reckoning with an all-new Alert Level system

There will also be an accompanying free update for the base game, including a new endgame battle, Ascension talents, performance improvements, quality of life features, balance tweaks, and bug fixes!
