Hello, this is the developer.

This patch retroactively unlocks achievements you'd already qualified for but weren't getting, and fixes the Ice tree's enemy spawn issue along with a UI clipping problem.

If you have Re:Blade installed, the update downloads automatically โ€” just restart the game.

๐Ÿ† Retroactive Achievement Unlocks

First, thank you to everyone who kept reporting that achievements weren't unlocking properly.

โ–ถ What was the problem?

Some achievements you'd already earned early on (Armory tier unlocks, Awakening, Relics, Badges, etc.) weren't unlocking.

Because achievements were only checked "at the exact moment the condition was met," players who had already finished that progress before the achievement was added stayed locked even though they qualified.

Examples:

  • Already unlocked a Tier 2 Armory, but the achievement didn't unlock

  • Killed plenty of monsters, but the cumulative kill achievement didn't unlock

โ–ถ How was it fixed?

After this update, when you restart the game, it re-checks your current ownership and progress and automatically unlocks any achievements you've already qualified for, retroactively.

Retroactively applied to:

  • Armory tier unlocks

  • Awakening (First Awakening / 2nd Awakening / Awakening Level / Awakening Master)

  • Relics (First Relic / Relic Collection)

  • Badges (First Upgrade / Highest Tier)

  • First Growth & Enlightenment upgrade

  • Cumulative kills (100 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,000)

โ–ถ Also improved

  • Armory achievements โ€” unlocking any weapon within that Armory now counts as reaching the tier. (Previously only specific weapons counted, which caused some to be missed.)

  • Cumulative kill achievements โ€” your accumulated kill record (based on the Monster Compendium) is now reflected, so you don't have to start killing from scratch.

How to apply No action needed โ€” just restart the game and it applies automatically. The achievement unlock notifications may take a little while to appear.

โœ… Bug Fixes

โ–ถ Ice tree enemy shortage fixed

Fixed an issue where enemies weren't spawning in enough numbers when using the Ice tree.

Symptoms:

  • Enemies staying below 10 for about 20 seconds during Ice tree runs

  • The symptom carrying over after retrying, leaving you short on enemies from the start

Fixes:

  • Improved so enemies are topped up immediately when the count runs low

  • Fixed so enemy spawns aren't dropped

  • Adjusted so spawn throughput stays consistent even at low frame rates

  • Fixed so enemy spawning always resets properly when restarting a battle

โ–ถ Crit chance buff UI clipping fixed

Fixed an issue where buff displays like crit chance were getting clipped off the right edge of the screen, only partly visible. Buffs now display fully within the screen.

โœจ Quality of Life

โ–ถ Damage text display option expanded

The "Show Damage" option in Settings used to control only regular damage numbers โ€” it now also turns off all text shown during battle.

  • Before: When OFF, only regular damage numbers were hidden (Lucky / Relic / Back & Head Attack, etc. still showed)

  • Now: When OFF, damage numbers + Lucky/Relic text + Back & Head Attack text + boss-related text + Awakening trigger displays are all hidden

โ†’ If you want a clean battle screen with no text, one option now turns off all battle text.
