What changed
- UI and audio
This update brings many updates and bugfixes, and also introduce the game to the macOS systems. The game is now enjoyable also on Steam Deck. Here the changelog:
important update: save cooldown – now you can save only after 5 turns (10 if in hard mode) important update: mid-floor behaviour – now at half dungeon you can choose your exploration behaviour (only on hard mode) update: panic can be triggered one time per floor update: lizards left less gold when defeated update: slighly changed the rare “bubble bobble” floppy disk effects – now increases… oh, I can tell you 😉 update: hard mode is more challenging (added more penalties, expecially on combat behaviours) update: the maximum penalty for losing yourself into dungeon (when examine) is 2 additional cards (3 for hard mode) update: now examine/investigate can end earlier, based on dungeon (less chance to lose the way into dungeon) update: dungeon lord got a surprise (if he thinks you are too strong – only for hard mode) update: slightly better rewards at dungeon end update: new special item added – magical flute (increase inspiration effects) update: depowering gun now have 5 shots instead of 4 update: thieves steal more money update: better potions icons update: save/load portraits now indicate floor and hard mode update: better “pursuer” distribution (now level based) update: extra strike roulette is available from 20 hp instead of 50 hp update: added “the collector” card – sell/buy the amiga floppy disks update: with each prayer, the recovery of health points will be less update: armor can be damaged and destroyed (except for ancient armor) but cost less gold update: “vampire’s fang” does not work when on 0 health update: increased chance to find magical scrolls in early game update: added new treasure chest reward (the farmachologist kit) and all kits are now balanced update: treasure chest’s rewards are dungeon based update: executioner is a bit dangerous in hard mode update: new percentage limits for sweep/charge/defensive attacks update: better “boulder path block” event bugfix: fixed a wrong amiga floppy disk description bugfix: a merchant showing the wrong armor bugfix: berserk extra defense bonus not correctly applied
