fixedI have added some lights to all of the buildings during nighttime. I have also added a light to the cursor while in build mode at night. I have added an option to toggle the day/night cycle on or off. And I have fixed some bugs when deleting cities.

The winter update is here! I am introducing a temporary winter mode which just covers everything in snow. You can toggle it on or off in the main menu.
