A small update to fix some issues with the train automation feature.
Fixed a bug where trains would stay at a station after loading/unloading cargo. This only affects stations with a drain pipe for draining tank cars.
Added an option to delete flags.
The path flags are now numbered in sequential order.
Fixed a UI bug in the train drive mode.
