fixedThe classical way to select multiple units is to do a rectangle selection. A lot of players complained about the difficulty they had with it in R.U.S.E.: it was sometimes very laggy depending on what was displayed on the screen and would drop the frame rate. This has been fixed and now drawing the rectangle is just as smooth as moving the mouse cursor. Moreover, the selection is now done when the button is released, there is no need to click a second time. We have also tweaked the way R.U.S.E. filters the groups of units inside the rectangle.
changedFurthermore, a unique feature in R.U.S.E. is the possibility to select very quickly a group of units within an area. The player simply needs to zoom out and select a pile of chips. During the beta, it could be difficult to pick up one specific unit within a group, so we've moved the unit icons to the bottom center of the screen and scaled them up.
fixedFinally, the SHIFT + click combo was impractical to use. It was impossible for example to deselect a unit and sometimes very buggy. This has been fixed as well.
