addedI’d like to share an upcoming change planned for QUEST TOGETHER Online. In an update coming soon, a free-to-play mode will be added to the game.
addedOnce this update is live, QUEST TOGETHER Online will be free to download on Steam, with an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full game. When creating a new character, players will be able to choose between two modes:
addedCitizen Mode (Free to play)Citizen Mode is the new free-to-play option. Instead of beginning your journey as an Adventurer, you’ll start life in Eltstadt as a newly arrived citizen, settling into the city.
changedAdventure Mode (Purchase required)In Adventure Mode, you’ll be able to experience the entire game, just as the game works today. This mode grants access to all gameplay features , including quests, combat progression, and character advancement. Adventure Mode will cost $19.99. (The same as the game currently)
changedAdventure Mode (Purchase required)Citizens and Adventurers all play on the same shared server , allowing everyone to mingle, interact, and play together. Citizens can upgrade to Adventure Mode at any time through an in-game purchase. This is a one-time purchase per account , and once unlocked, you may create any number of Adventurer characters.
changedAdventure Mode (Purchase required)Everyone that purchased the game before this change goes live will automatically be granted Adventure Mode upon logging in at no additional cost. In other words, nothing changes for existing players.

As a Citizen, you’ll be able to:
Play the story mode up until your arrival in Eltstadt
Socialize with other players
Customize your character
Explore the world
Gather items
Trade and sell items to other players
Citizens cannot accept quests from the Adventurers Guild or progress the story past arriving in Eltstadt. There is no time limit attached to Citizen Mode, you'll be able to play for as long as you'd like.
