This means you can translate the entire game and share your translations on the Steam Workshop, just like any other mods.
The game ships with an example language mod which helps you get started quickly. Otherwise you can always refer to the QM base mod dump.
We are excited to see QM getting fan translations! Note that 1.0 will of course ship with official translations as well.
