addedV-SyncAdded new functionality for supporting in-game vsync. With Vsync enabled, this method now correctly limits the framerate to 60 fps instead of allowing the game to run at whatever your monitor's refresh rate is set to (not ideal). Players should now be able to use Vsync problem-free and produce a silky smooth PP.

Added new functionality for supporting in-game vsync.
