Provinces Version 0.3a
This update focuses on characters assigned provinces and ensures that no characters ever have no province assigned, as this can cause issues with certain ambitions, such as relocate.
This completely removes the error, as now, from when they are born in-game to when they age up, they always have the correct province assigned. I also worked on new icons in panels, such as opening the resource panels from either provinces or nations.
The main goal currently is working on 0.4. This was just a minor patch in preparation for that update.
