addedsome new final nobody dialogue, food for completionists, and more work towards mod support! yippee!
addedFeatures - added a new nobody conversation for each character on red clearance... note that since these are story cutscenes, you'll only be able to see them on a non-seeded run with unlocks enabled! one last reward for the grind! - added a new nobody conversation for addict while holding pliers - added "Spell Completion Ribbons" to the settings menu. when enabled, spells in the spell select will have little ribbons telling you the highest difficulty you've won with each spell! good luck completionists...
changedFixes - fixed capital and period statuses not being exclusive with each other (photocopier could create tiles with both) - the retz mystery tile "could be one of A, B, C" is now seeded - added error detection when inserting tiles into invalid indices in the word holder. this may help prevent some unusual edge case softlocks - when floppy disk creates a new board in the brutalist fight, it is now temporarily unlocked, allowing tiles to fall in, rather than giving an empty board - if you bring a wider board into child nobody's cursed capitals and periods attack with floppy disk, it will now be cut in a way that removes all cursed tiles before replacing them, instead of cutting only the right side and causing capitals to pile up on the left - pseud now only has tarnished tiles in fishing, in slightly lower quantities, instead of being the same as xrafstar - paradigm now prioritizes replacing wooden tiles
addedModding - the game can now load mods when running from editor without having to pack them first, which should make mod dev much more convenient - vastly improved mod packer can pack all resource types, automatically packs the full mod folder, optionally packs to zip or pck, and packs global classes and uids. shoutouts to xanderath for doing it first! - added a new system to allow mods to override files without having to replace game files directly, meaning mods can now be entirely contained to their own folder - added support for mods to override strings and add new strings without doing hacky folder or file replacement things - string system now supports inheritance. this is mostly nice for me but modders will probably like it too - added basic support for loading custom spells and adding them to the pool and categories! - changed some hardcoded spell mechanics (curse immunity for red tape/letter, forced curse non-immunity for gifts) to be flags for modding convenience - the article "The" is now a modifiable string per-character for the sake of language modding - whether the character is trans or not is now passed into the context of the Character vs Enemy versus text - split the nobody fights into a separate scene per character in anticipation of character modding in the future - please note that modding is still not officially supported! everything is subject to change. if all goes well though, hopefully we can start beta testing workshop support soon!
