Hello, Chroma Engineers!
The effort to make this game better continues.
Some feedback has been that Void Hunt is boring, so added another.. Void Dive! With the addition to Void Dive, I have also added you can for a small sum of Pristine light challenge Landmarks in Realms with a Realm Dive, instead of doing regular assault or pricy infusion. A side note: While some might find it less valid to have an achievement connected to the feedback report, it HAS provided with more feedback than normal and I do like the random hellos :)
Patch Notes - Version 1.9.6
GLOBAL
- AddedVoid Dive is now available under Void Hunt in the Null tab, offering a short probe-piloting minigame that rewards Null Essence.
- AddedNine new Void Dive achievements covering first dives, realm clears, deep tiers, and flawless runs.
Fixed Bug: Touchscreen input no longer leaves mouse clicks and game buttons unresponsive on hybrid devices.
Improved: Feedback form typing should feel more responsive because the game now pauses heavy background drawing while the form is open.
- PlaceholderAdded paths for audio in preparation for future sound effects and music additions. Exists in Void Dive but not yet used in the main game.
STAGE 3
Fixed Bug: Fractured Void Relay now states that it is not affected by Void Nexus.
STAGE 4
Added: Realm Dive, skip a landmark's assault by clearing a short standalone Void Dive of that realm (twice the enemies, fast and dangerous) for a fraction of the Pristine Infusion cost. Win to secure the landmark.
Fixed Bug: Stage 4 Landmark Assault hexes can no longer get stuck at 99% purity and remain unusable.
STAGE 5
Fixed Bug: Creator Override tech tree now scrolls far enough to fully see the final bottom node.
Fixed Bug: Zone Control: Military now only unlocks after all five unique Military objectives are conquered.
Fixed Bug: Architect of the Void now unlocks correctly.
STAGE 9
Fixed Bug: Act 3 offline Null Essence now uses the expanded cap from NE Storage, including storage structures that finish building while you are away.
