Greetings, everyone!
Not too long has passed since the latest patch, and we’re already presenting you a new one. Again, thanks everyone for the support we received.
Bug Fixes
A major bug caused by loading a save created in the level “Silver Tongue” from the main menu could result in the game becoming unplayable.
In order to fix it for new players and to prevent older ones from experiencing this bug again, any saves made in this specific level will be cleared upon loading. You will return to the Police Station prior to starting the mission. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
Important Fixes
Fixed an issue where objectives failed to complete when progressing through the level “Tutorial” ;
Fixed an issue where objective “Neutralized Bodyguard” failed to complete after neutralizing the correct enemy in the level “Far South West” ;
Fixed an issue where the game over screen appears again when loading a save after killing Tracy in the level “Far South West” and reloading the last save ;
Fixed an issue where a quick load in the final level could complete an objective without fulfilling its condition ;
Player
Fixed an issue causing Eliot to moonwalk in certain situations ;
Fixed an issue where the skill preview remained visible after restart ;
Fixed an issue causing the cursor position to reset unexpectedly after loading a save ;
Fixed an issue where the player’s HP were not displaying correctly ;
Fixed an issue where a sphere appeared above the player's head when using a linked door
AI & Enemy Behavior
Fixed an issue causing enemies who picked up crates to drop them after a few seconds ;
Fixed an issue causing NPCs to teleport to a location instead of walking to it ;
Fixed an issue causing NPCs to interact with objects or other enemies from a distance ;
Fixed an issue causing NPCs to not face the same direction as their view cone ;
Fixed an issue where NPCs failed to detect Alice in the level "Silver Tongue" ;
Fixed an issue causing NPCs to get stuck on ladders when taking damage ;
Fixed an issue causing enemies to get stuck when using "linked doors" ;
Fixed an issue causing enemies to interact with a disabled NPCs from a distance if they have been moved after being spotted ;
Fixed an issue causing enemies to have a wrong behavior if a body was spotted and the player had interacted with it before the NPCs reached it ;
Fixed an issue causing NPCs to not display their outlines and movements animations when playing at a 21:9 resolution ;
General Fixes & Improvements
Fixed an issue where ammunition boxes did not reload properly after loading a save ;
Fixed an issue causing the camera to be positioned at a wrong coordinate after loading a save ;
Fixed an issue causing ladders to remain locked when they should have been accessible ;
Fixed an issue where the movement speed of the camera was extremely slow ;
Fixed an issue causing NPCs to display incorrect textures ;
Removed a visual element from the Difficulty selection screen that led players to believe more than two difficulty levels were available ;
Fixed an issue where the player’s HP were not displaying correctly ;
Fixed an issue where Eliot walk inside a chair during the last cutscene in the level “Silver Tongue” ;
Fixed an issue causing Steam achievements to be unlocked after a long delay ;
Other minor fixes.
Known Issues
Audio can sometimes be cut off during level transitions ;
Firearm usage statistics displayed at the end of a level may be inaccurate ;
Sometimes the minimap can be inaccurate ;
Sometimes, firearms can be used again even when the character has no ammunition left ;
