Prison City changes
Dol Phin, one of the contacts Hal meets during his mission in Prison City,is able to be used as a rideable mount at the start of the Freeway level!
But how can you start with good ol’ Dol Phin?
Psst! Press X + A at the SAME TIME on Freeway’s loading screen!
Rather than starting out with a bike, Hal will ride on Dol Phin! And, like the normal bike, Hal will automatically get off Dol Phin after reaching the end of the actual freeway route. A shame he can’t tag along the rest of the way, but he certainly knows how to help a friend!
