Dear players and friends,

First and foremost, thank you for your continued support and understanding. We know that most players of single-player games prefer to immerse themselves quietly in the experience. However, as a "social simulation" title still in Early Access, PSS undoubtedly has room for improvement. We'd like to share a few honest thoughts with you.

The game features systems such as leader/followers management, knowledge inheritance, animal companions, and influence mechanics. Our original intention was to build a vibrant, deeply explorable world. Yet precisely because these systems are intricately interconnected, many players find the early experience confusing or challenging—sometimes even leading to refund requests. We fully understand this, and we don't shy away from it: the majority of negative reviews in our community currently stem from these very issues.

That said, please rest assured: you can always reach me.

  • If your experience isn't satisfying, you're welcome to request a refund at any time —even beyond the standard 2-hour window, we won't put up any barriers. Once our tutorials are clearer and the content more polished, we'd be delighted to welcome you back.

  • The most direct way to help us is by leaving an honest review. Whether it's praise or constructive criticism, we read and record every single one. Save files can be sent via the channels listed below—this greatly assists us in identifying issues and refining the experience.

Recently, I've also noticed controversies surrounding other development teams.

Frankly speaking, the challenges they face are ones we encounter too.

Because of these difficulties, many "Chinese Early Access" developers have unfortunately failed to deliver on their promises.

Upcoming Development Plans

  • The "Family System" is now in development as scheduled.

As a "Chinese Early Access" development team, we've been consistently updating for over two years now, despite modest revenue.

But sustaining the team's momentum truly depends on your feedback.

If it's not too much trouble, we'd really appreciate it if you could leave us a review.

And if you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Feedback Channels

Thank you again, and see you in the game.
