Today we’re activating Prime Broadcast Protocol (PBP).
PBP is a lightweight communication layer built alongside Prime Protocol to broadcast real-time development state directly from production.
This is not a feature of the game. It is a system.
Above is a live snapshot of the Prime Broadcast panel in operation. This surface updates automatically as development state changes.

We’ve also published a new gameplay demo loop with live audio, showing the current state of Prime Protocol exactly as it plays today:
Extraction flow end-to-end • Physical artifact handling and loss • Environmental instability under load • Current pacing, sound, and tone
No cinematic edit. No marketing layer. Just the system running.
WHY A BROADCAST PROTOCOL?
Prime Protocol is being built as a live system, not a static release.
Prime Broadcast Protocol exists to:
Communicate state, not hype • Provide a single authoritative signal • Reduce ambiguity around what is actually live
This announcement is one such broadcast.
WHERE THIS LIVES
The Steam build is the entry point. The active broadcast surface operates outside Steam.
