Steam Community Update

Eons ago, PCE launched on Steam with the bog standard set of screenshots as profile backgrounds and some other basic community items. There wasn't a whole lot, and that collection was looking pretty long in the tooth. Time to freshen things up!

NEW Stickers!

8 new animated stickers have been added to the Steam Points Shop!
