Repeated intro

Hey everyone! Well, I think it's obvious the second update with Part 2 hasn't come out yet. Well I'm sorry, I did say "hopefully come" after all... a few unexpected things happened, I'll keep it brief: 1.- On Thursday 19 in the morning my grandfather (my dad's dad) passed away so we went to his hometown that same day, we came back home until Sunday 22 2.- Because I didn't go to work for 3 days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), I had to compensate time staying extra hours 3.- I made a huge mistake the last couple weeks keeping my PC on almost all day to use it via TeamViewer when I'm on my afternoon break (which i most of the time spend in the office because my house is far, and no, my laptop isn't strong enough to use unity) and the power went out in my neighborhood, and since my PC was on it shut down and some files got corrupted and it took me like 4 days to finally make the decision to reinstall windows (my computer has two hard drives so I didn't really have to move any unity project folders and some software that is portable like blender), the files corruption didn't really affect much of the functionality of the computer but it did mess up two important things, it made my internet not work after a couple minutes AND it kinda messed up unity, for some reason some letters in some words were gone, apparently just lowercase letters AND it would fail to compile the projects into playable builds (see the pics I took of both things) Steam post image Steam post image So yeah, the last two weeks have been crazy, I already have completed the most important things of Part 2, which is the scene and i also wrote the whole story for it, I just need the time to actually program it, time I had this weekend to finish a couple things, so just hang in there, the update is still coming, not to mention I'm also working on my other game Paradise Lost so yeah (I'll bundle both games together soon) So yeah, I'm not abandoning this work, I won't say an specific update release day yet but the update is definitely coming, just... hang in there! Just wanted to keep everyone posted. AND BTW, next update will bring the LINUX version! yay. I'm gonna be honest with you guys, my biggest obstacle and reason to be slow has been my job, it takes at least 10 hours of my day on weekdays and 6-7 on Saturdays, I've gotten a couple messages of people suggesting me to open a Patreon account, and well... I DO have one but I don't think it's something I want to use, I did request help from kickstarter last year but it was because I didn't have funding to even get the project off the ground, thanks to those amazing backers my games are finally here. The problem is now to sustain them, evolve them, turn them into the horror gems I want them to be, unfortunately my games are not really selling that much (only have sold 8 units in the last month lol, not enough to get paid this month) so only a job is my solution to sustain myself and this work. So if you hate the fact that I'm incredibly slow, I feel you, trust me, I wish I could spend all day working on these games like i used to back in my high school and college days, but there isn't really much I can do about it, I have rent to pay, bills, food and a girlfriend soon-to-be wife, I can't just slack off and dedicate the time I wish I could to this, at least not until it pays off enough to sustain myself. If there's any of you who truly likes this game or at least sees its potential to become an incredible game then please, the best help you can offer me, so this game sells more and hopefully helps me dedicate full time on it, is if you spread the word, tell everyone you know about this game so it gets more exposure. Once again, sorry for being slow, please just hang in there, you're gonna love this game soon enough.
