A small update:

can't call Pause Menu when dialogue/container UI open (to prevent input bug)
Ultimately, the Esc key will close all open windows one by one, but it's more difficult than I expected and will take a bit more time xD
Also the game files are now more prepared for smaller updates - so minor miscellaneous fixes should not be that heavy
