Posthaste changes
It's been over 2 months since the last drop. I didn't expect it to take that long, but stuff has been getting in the way and the update has evolved into something that was initially supposed to be v0.10.2. I also took breaks because I was burned out a little yada yada... v0.11 is here!

- GameplayAdded new stage "Sweden"
Gameplay: Big cuts will now be penalized depending on the length of the cut, rather than automatically resetting the player to the road*
*Note that massive cuts can still cause you to reset if you hit a trigger (by massive, I mean outrageous (i.e from 9% to 46%)). Same applies when trying to go beyond stage boundaries.
- GameplayAdded linear drag and increased angular drag for all cars
- GameplayRaised center of mass of all cars
Gameplay: Changed screen shake to be smoother and easier on eyes
You can also now turn screen shake off as a whole, or use the "Reduced" option for less intensity.
Gameplay: Road adjustments on Wales
Gameplay: ProBoost will now greatly increase the grip of your car
Rendering: Added shader warmup for initial launch
Shader variants have to be manually recorded by me within the engine, and these variants do change. Since re-recording them with each change is time consuming and inconvenient, some shader variants (that I'm yet to record) may not be warmed up which may cause small stutters after each update. Still though, this should get rid of massive stutters the new players experience.
- RenderingChanged the sprite used for dirt particles, and will now vary in color depending on the time
Rendering: Volumetric fog will now be present in rainy weather, along with saturation filter (applies for overcast as well)
Rendering: Rain particle adjustments
- RenderingAdded "Particles" and "Vegetation" settings under Settings/Graphics
Audio: User music will now play after starting the race
UI: Remade menu buttons on title screen
UI: Remade the score display on HUD
UI: Adjustments on stage rewards screen
- UI/TachometerChanged the redline to show up before the limiter
UI/Tachometer: Base sprite of the needle is now dynamic and will follow the needle
Misc: Added smooth transitions for pausing and resuming
You can toggle this off from Settings/Misc by turning on "Instant Pause".
- MiscAdded an achievement for unlocking all cars and their modifiers
- MiscAdjusted the "Challenger" achievement for Sweden, since the objective was on a deprecated stage
