Hey there Prepper-Kun!
It’s time for the first major patch for Polyarmory: High Calibre Love - we’ve taken a lot of your feedback on board and spent the last week tweaking and changing the experience to make the bunker-bound experience even better than before!
Please find below the patch notes for what we’re calling the 1st Amendment to Polyarmory: High Calibre Love. There’s lots to see, and some very interesting new additions for those of you who are particularly keen on discovering secrets…
Visual
Added a flame effect to Sveta's projectile
Fix reload icon getting cut off on narrow aspect ratios (steam deck)
Fix player health bar getting stuck in heal mode
Fixed an issue causing transformation sequences to look washed out
Fixed an issue where some textures didn't animate while paused
Fixed healthbars for widescreen monitors
Fixed issue with lingering tooltips on menus
Fixed visual issue with healing effect
Fixed visual issue with Sveta’s rockets caused by dying while reloading
Audio
Cans now mock you from further away
Audio volume rebalancing (particularly dialogue)
Colt is approximately 20% more invasive
Markus is less talkative when waiting for a radio response
Buffed intestinal distress
Narrative
Fixed various typos
Added additional exploration rewards
Added more morning events
Moved the bunker to the correct US State
Additional pronouns have been expunged from the game to comply with US governmental regulations
Decreased instances of double-pooping
Added interaction with radio on nights where no one calls you
An old business card has appeared somewhere in the bunker
An additional staff member’s account has been added to the computer
Gameplay
The ladder has been made extra unclimbable. Please stop trying to climb it.
Slaybriel and other Projectiles now respect Pausing
Sveta’s rockets can now damage Slaybriel
Added area markers to Rimington first date
Fixed an issue where attacks didn't respect pause state
Fixed weapon swap binds on keyboard (Q and E)
Exorcised interactable ghost cactus
Markus no longer obscures important UI
Fixed some issues where enemies would not spawn correctly
Viper’s bullets now travel significantly faster
Chargers should no longer forget to disable their charging effect when walking around
Accessibility
Added initial pop-up to set games difficulty
Added pop-up to stop you from overwriting a save accidentally
Added a hold to exit to computer and TV
Supplied the prepper with post-it notes
Additional colour coding for weapon UI
Added objective for final night
Added additional feedback for where the cans are
Added option to change fonts on screen
Added plaintext option for pickups to make them readable
Added option to disable camera sway
Added option to invert-Y axis on controller
