Ricochet is no longer frame rate dependent
Fixed Game Not Loading On First Creating New Settings Files
Fixed Save Data Overriding On New Game Updates
Fixed Enlarged Cursor On Mac Devices
+ More stuff, It probable forgot about some extra stuff, didn't keep as good track this time as I did last time :D
