Holding Cells

Howdy, Chiefs!

Over the last few weeks, we've shown several new areas of the police station that will be available in the full version of the game. Today we're taking a look at another one - a place that certain residents of Winston Springs will probably prefer to avoid.

Meet the Holding Cells. This is where arrested suspects will end up after all necessary procedures at the station have been completed. Not every prisoner will be heading straight to the federal prison - some will have to wait for transport or for their turn to leave the station.

Before they reach a cell, however, there are still a few formalities to take care of. Documentation, identification, and transport preparation are only part of the process that will take place inside the station. We'll talk more about those mechanics in a future devlog.

Each cell provides the basic necessities for inmates awaiting transport. It may not be the most luxurious accommodation in Winston Springs, but then again, that's probably not what they came here for.
